Carl Drautz has a diverse professional background spanning several decades. Currently self-employed and retired since January 2020, Carl Drautz also serves as an Educator Coach and mentor for DSM Public Schools and Johnston Public Schools. In addition, Carl Drautz holds the position of Director of New Business Development at Laser Resources - LRI and has been a Business Development Manager at Stoney Creek Hotels since November 2009, focusing on sales leads and client relationships in the Missouri area. Previous roles include General Manager at Stoney Creek Hotels and an Educator and Coach at Des Moines Public Schools, specializing in Spanish education and coaching for various sports. Carl Drautz was also Senior Vice President of Sales and a shareholder at Holmes Murphy & Associates for 13 years. Educational credentials include graduate work in Education at Drake University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Augustana University.
