Thierry Lebailly has extensive experience in the machinery and manufacturing sectors, with a career spanning over three decades. Since May 2004, Thierry has served as the Responsable Antenne française at LASCO Umformtechnik, specializing in machines and tools for forging, stamping, and metal powder forming. Prior roles include Responsable Antenne française at MÜLLER WEINGARTEN (now SCHULER Group) from April 1998 to January 2004, focusing on cutting, stamping, and pressure casting processes. From March 1988 to March 1998, Thierry was the Responsable marché francophone at VICTOR-REINZ (DANA Group), concentrating on the automotive sector. Earlier experience includes working as an Ingénieur production at SOLLAC (now ArcelorMittal Group) from October 1984 to February 1988, engaged in flat steel plate cold rolling. Thierry holds a Master Ingénieur in Production from Arts et Métiers - ParisTech, completed between 1980 and 1983.
