Michael Kelly is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in continuous improvement and production management. Currently, at Westlake Pipe & Fittings since January 2020, Michael has held roles as Continuous Improvement Engineer, Production Superintendent, and Continuous Improvement Leader. Prior experience includes positions at Lasco Fittings, Inc. from May 2019 to December 2019 as a General Engineer, and from June 2015 to December 2018 as a Product & Mold Tooling Designer. Earlier experience includes an engineering internship at H&M Company, Inc. in 2015 and a role as a counselor and ropes course instructor at Pine Cove in 2013. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union University, completed in 2015, and attended Dalton State College prior to transferring.
