Eileen Madigan ASID has extensive work experience in the interior design industry. Eileen currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Global Interior Design at Las Vegas Sands Corp., where they manage over $4.5 billion and 75 capital renovation projects. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Global Interior Design at the same company, leading the "Design Excellence" vision for the new corporate mission.
Before joining Las Vegas Sands Corp., Eileen was the Principal at Madigan International, where they led a team of professional consultants on multiple luxury projects simultaneously, with a strong international experience in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and North and South America.
Eileen also served as the Vice President, Creative at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where they were responsible for creating relevant product lines and designing concepts and creative programs for international projects. In addition, they worked as the Director of Interior Design at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, where they directed the strategic vision for new development and renovation projects valued up to $250 million and developed the Rosewood Interior Design philosophy and project methodology.
Earlier in their career, Eileen was an Associate and Director of Interior Design at Leo A Daly - WDC, where they built a successful hospitality practice from scratch and created strategic business and operations plans.
Eileen Madigan ASID holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Drexel University, which they obtained in 1990. Eileen later pursued Executive Leadership studies at Cornell University, completing the program in 2014. In addition, Eileen obtained certification from the NCIDQ Examination, administered by the National Council for Interior Design Qualifications, in the year 2003.
