Lou Tassone has over 20 years of work experience in the exposition and tradeshow industry. Lou has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Production at LVE. Prior to that, they served as National Director of Operations at Xpert Exposition Services, where they successfully improved financial controls and led the company out of a significant financial deficit. Lou also worked as Director of Operations at Metropolitan Exposition Services, where they focused on improving show operations and reducing labor costs. Earlier in their career, Lou worked at The Expo Group as a Field Operations Manager and at GES EMEA, where they progressively advanced through various positions, ultimately becoming a Senior Operations Manager. Lou also co-owned a tradeshow E&D/I&D company called Vision XPO.

Lou Tassone attended the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration. Additionally, they also studied Management during this period.
