Catherine Chaubeau is an accomplished Human Resources Director with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various high-profile companies. Presently serving as the Human Resources Director at Lartisien since December 2017, Catherine oversees global HR missions related to luxury travel and bespoke events. Previously, Catherine held significant roles at Cartier North America from 2002 to 2016, where responsibilities included strategic business development, talent acquisition, and performance management, as a member of the Executive Committee. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Hilton Worldwide and L'Oréal, where Catherine focused on recruitment, training program development, and payroll management. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and an Associate's degree in Hospitality Business Management from CMH Academy.
