Sean Hartley began their work experience as an Intern at Ernst & Young in 2009. Sean then interned at Monavie in 2010. Later that year, they joined Ernst & Young again as a Tax Senior until 2014. In 2014, Sean started working at The Larry H. Miller Company as a Senior Tax Accountant. Sean was later promoted to Tax Manager and is currently serving as the Tax Director.

Sean Hartley earned a Master's degree in Taxation from Brigham Young University between 2005 and 2010. In 2002 and 2003, they attended the University of Utah, but did not obtain a degree. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Public Accountant certification from the AICPA in 2011.
