Laura learned early on the importance of hard work, lifelong learning and continuously striving for improvement. It is a valuable life lesson she applies every day as Regional Director of Digital Marketing, working to find new ways to help LBA properties build awareness, drive customer loyalty and increase online revenue.
Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Laura spent seven years as the Director of Marketing for a multimillion-dollar eCommerce retailer. She made the transition into hospitality as eCommerce Manager for O’Reilly Hospitality, where she spent nearly two years overseeing all aspects of digital sales and marketing for their portfolio of hotels, restaurants and retail locations.
Laura joined the LBA team in 2019 and is responsible for developing, driving and monitoring digital marketing strategies across a growing portfolio of Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Hyatt branded hotels. She supports overall hotel strategies by optimizing their digital presence to generate revenue and increase brand awareness. An expert in the hotel digital marketing space, Laura is a Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM).
