Dominique Rodas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Hostess Server at Rickey's Restaurant, where they implemented organizational systems and prioritized tasks. They then worked as a Student and later as a Financial Aid Counselor at Loyola Marymount University, where they gained skills in handling sensitive information and multitasking efficiently. At Palm House, they served as a Restaurant Server and played a key role in cultivating customer relations and adapting to changes during the pandemic. They also worked as a Computer Science Student at the College of Marin, learning about computer programming systems. Dominique's most recent experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Le Col Rouge and as a Legal Administrative & Executive's Assistant at Advokids, where they managed external communication and created workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. Currently, they are working as a Development Associate & In Kind Coordinator at Larkin Street Youth Services, overseeing donation management and assisting in planning special events.

Dominique Rodas pursued their Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Loyola Marymount University between 2016 and 2020.
