Joydeep Mutsuddi currently serves as Senior Partner at CEO.works since May 2021 and is the Director and Cofounder of Amakarro, a technology-powered regenerative travel platform launched in September 2022. Joydeep has also been an Investor and Advisor at CareerLark since September 2018. Previously, Joydeep held significant roles at BrightSpring Health Services as Executive Vice President & CHRO and at BD, where responsibilities included serving as Senior VP Human Resources and various HR leadership positions across different regions and sectors. With foundational experience at The Coca-Cola Company, Citicorp, and GE, Joydeep holds an Executive Development certification in HR Management from INSEAD and an MBA in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service.
