Caroline Berzins is a seasoned professional in creative marketing and product design, currently serving as a Creative Marketing Manager and Product Designer at Lark Health since June 2018. Berzins has successfully led the design and construction of a new Smoking Cessation program for Lark's AI coaching platform, emphasizing research, program flow design, conversation copywriting, wireframe creation, and product testing. Previously, Berzins held the position of Vice President of Studio at Design for America, where responsibilities included organizing recruitment, leading teaching sessions, and advising project teams. As Project Lead, Berzins directed a team to address community social issues through design thinking. Additional experience includes roles as Tutor Coordinator at EPATT, Student Experience Intern at Guild Education, and Intern at Ann Benson Reidy and Associates. Berzins earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Product Design from Stanford University in 2019.
