Mateus Bertti began their career in 1996 as an Intern at MACSYS. Mateus then moved to a System Analyst role, where they developed and maintained a card reader system that increased productivity in the Trading Floor. Mateus then joined BM&FBOVESPA in 2000 as a Senior IT Manager responsible for Corporate Architecture, Information Architecture, Middleware and Innovation. In this role, they established an architecture committee, defined integration methods, conducted impact evaluations and pointed architectural risks. Mateus also defined a canonical model, led the adoption of message standards, and established database standards. In 2014, they moved to BTG Pactual as an IT Manager for System Development. Two years later, they joined Kroton as a Senior IT Manager for Architecture, Integration and BI. In 2018, they became a Senior IT Manager at Livraria Cultura. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Laqus, where they lead the IT development of high performance tools targeting enhanced customer ability to manage financial operations using their ecosystem.
Mateus Bertti has a long education history with a variety of qualifications. Mateus obtained a High School degree from Instituto Santa Rosa in 1990-1992 and then a Technician degree in Data Processing from PontifÃcia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro in 1994-1997. In 2005-2006, they completed a Post degree in Financial Derivatives from USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Mateus also attended MIT Sloan School of Management in 2013 for Operations Management and Supervision and in 2014 for Organizational Leadership. Additionally, Mateus Bertti has obtained three certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc.: Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master in July 2018, SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist in March 2018, and SAFe® 4 Certified Practitioner in March 2018.
