Luiz Carlos Belinello has over 37 years of work experience in the finance industry. Luiz Carlos began their career in 1984 at BankBoston as Gerente de Mercado de Capitais, where they were responsible for the financial area for liquidation with Clearings, Banks and Brokers. Luiz Carlos then moved to Itaú Unibanco in 2006 as Gerente de Cadastro e Documentação, where they were responsible for opening, changing and closing accounts for both domestic and foreign clients. In 2008, they joined Bradesco as Consultor de Processos, where they worked to meet the BACEN No. 3. 354 and improve automation processes for the Front-Office, Middle-Office and Back-Office. Luiz Carlos then moved to BM&FBOVESPA, now B3, in 2009 as Coordenador de Back Office Sr. In 2019, they joined UNICRED DO BRASIL as Gerente de Tesouraria, where they were responsible for reducing operational costs, mapping and designing operational flow, creating procedure manuals, and identifying process and system improvements. In 2020, they joined InTrader D.T.V.M. as Diretor de Custódia e Liquidação. In 2021, they joined Utility Credit as Head de Mesa de Operações (MOP). Luiz Carlos currently works at Laqus as Head de Operações Financeiras.
