Beth Staub is a seasoned recruiter currently employed at LaPorte CPAs & Business Advisors, one of the largest accounting and advisory firms in the region, since October 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Signature Consultants from December 2019 to October 2022, where Beth led full cycle recruitment for technical recruiter candidates in the Charlotte, NC market. Before this role, a five-year tenure as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Nanny involved providing comprehensive childcare and managing household operations for various families. Additionally, an internship with Mira Via included organizing and assisting with fundraising efforts. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Appalachian State University, obtained in 2017.
