David Dubin

Head of Legal and Supply Chain at Lapaire Glasses

David Dubin has over 12 years of professional experience in the legal and supply chain industry. In 2020, they began working as the Head of Legal and Supply Chain at Lapaire Group. Prior to this, they were the Head of Legal at Lenz & Staehelin from 2016-2020. From 2014-2016, they were an Associate at Lenz & Staehelin, where they focused on complex commercial arbitrations with seat in Switzerland and foreign based arbitrations governed by Swiss law. From 2012-2014, they were a Legal Advisor at Winston & Strawn LLP, where they drafted sections of award, procedural orders, timetables and communications to the parties in a multi-million dollar, multi-lingual International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration. From 2007-2008, they worked as a Facilitator for teambuilding activities at Teamway SA, where they organized and lead bilingual teambuilding activities for large multinational companies. David also worked as a Collaborateur at Wesser & partner from 2008-2009, where they were responsible for public relations for the Swiss Red Cross.

David Dubin obtained a Maturit\u00e9 gymnasiale (High School Diploma) from Coll\u00e8ge de Candolle in 2003-2007, majoring in Spanish and Theirtory. David then attended the University of Geneva from 2007-2010, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Law. From 2010-2012, they obtained a Master's degree in Economic Law from the same university. In 2013, they attended Universit\u00e9 de Gen\u00e8ve and obtained a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Legal Professions in Advocacy School of Geneva. David then attended Georgetown University Law Center from 2013-2014 and obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.), with Distinction, with a Certificate in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. In 2015, they obtained an Attorney-at-law (New York) certification from the New York State Supreme Court Appelate Divison, Third Department. In 2016, they obtained an Avocat au barreau certification from the State of Geneve.
