As Co-Founder of LAP Coffee since 2023, Tonalli has previously held prominent roles at Flink and Lime, overseeing expansion and growth operations across multiple regions. With a diverse background that includes consultancy positions at ADV and PROPARCO, as well as business design at Polymath Ventures, Tonalli has a strong foundation in strategic development. The academic journey includes a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge, along with a Bachelor of Science in International Logistics Management and Engineering from Jacobs University Bremen. Tonalli's early career involved co-founding Ergola Solution, a technology-based logistics consulting firm, and working as a Research Associate at Jacobs University Bremen.
