Vansiri Mannavong has a background in human resources, organizational development, and language skills. With experience in various companies such as Lao Brewery Company, MMG Limited, and UXO Phoenix Clearance Limited, Vansiri has held titles such as HR Business Partner, District Sales Manager, Senior Advisor, Supervisor, and Teacher Translator. Vansiri obtained a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services from Unitec Institute of Technology in 2017. Prior to that, Vansiri completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the National University of Laos in 2005.
