Matthew M. has extensive work experience in procurement and purchasing roles. Matthew started their career at Anixter as a Senior Buyer in 2007 and later joined Cameron as a Purchasing Lead in 2008. In 2012, Matthew joined Campbell Transportation Company as a Purchasing Manager where they were responsible for all purchasing, materials management, disposal, sourcing, inventory management, and vendor relationships. Matthew also supervised a team of direct reports and successfully managed supplier contract negotiation and implementation.

In 2015, Matthew moved to Arconic where they served as a Sourcing Manager and later as a Global Category Manager. Matthew played a key role in managing global categories and successfully led the bid, evaluation, and vendor selection process.

The most recent position held by Matthew is at LANXESS, where they started as a Raw Materials Procurement Manager in 2018 and was later promoted to a Team Lead position in 2021.
