Juan Carlos Pinilla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business management within the chemical and industrial water treatment sectors. Currently serving as Sales Manager for Industrial Water Treatment and Head of Business Unit Lanxess LPT for Mexico and Central America at LANXESS since February 2015, Juan Carlos has a strong background that includes a role as Sales Executive and Technical Representative at Bayer, S.A. from 2007 to January 2015, where responsibilities encompassed sales strategy and marketing for multiple business units. Prior to this, Juan Carlos worked in logistics for the Andean Region, overseeing imports and transportation processes. Juan Carlos holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and an Executive MBA from OBS Business School.
