Toine started their career as a Trainee at KNLTB Zwijndrect from 2009 to 2010 and as a Tennis Instructor at Tennis Academy Rotterdam from 2005 to 2008.

Toine Van De Wege obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Marketing, Sales, and Business Administration. Toine pursued this degree from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended CIOS from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Sports Instruction. Their studies at CIOS focused on topics such as MBO, Anatomy, Physiology, and Didactic.
