Robert Hijman is an experienced Product Development Engineer who has worked in various companies such as Lantor BV, Avery Dennison, Unilever, and Sara Lee. Robert's expertise includes leading R&D projects, defining research programs, scouting new technologies and raw materials, setting test programs, and supervising production trials. With a BSc in Chemical Engineering from De Haagse Hogeschool, Robert has a strong background in developing technical nonwovens for the plastic composites industry and translating concepts into functional prototypes.
