Markus Bylund is an experienced professional in digitalization and innovation, currently serving as the Head of Digitalization and Innovation at Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner and as an Expert at Regeringskansliet's Socialdepartementet since early 2024. Bylund's extensive background includes positions such as CIO at Region Gävleborg and Director of Strategy IT and Digitalization at Uppsala Kommun, where responsibilities involved leading IT strategic support and project management for significant IT developments. Bylund also holds several board roles, including Vice-chair of the Board at the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority and Member of the Board at ³¢²¹²Ô³Ù³¾Ã¤³Ù±ð°ù¾±±ð³Ù.
