Adrian Doran has extensive work experience in the bakery industry. Adrian is currently the Head of Investments & Capital Projects at Lantmännen Unibake since August 2021. Prior to that, Adrian served as the General Manager & Director at BakeAway from August 2017 to August 2021. Adrian also worked as the Commercial Director - UK & Ireland at ARYZTA from May 2015 to August 2017. Adrian has held various managerial roles throughout their career, including Manufacturing Director at Euphorium Bakery at Tesco PLC, General Manager at New York Bakery Co. Ltd, Site Manufacturing Manager at Premier Foods, and General Manager at Warburtons. Adrian also served as the General Manager at Allied Bakeries, which is part of Associated British Foods plc.

Adrian Doran holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Imperial College London.
