Alexandra Francis, M.A, LMSW, currently serves as the Chief Program Officer at Lantern Community Services since June 2023. Previously, Alexandra held various leadership roles at the Center for Urban Community Services from October 2008 to May 2023, including Deputy Chief Program Officer, where oversight was provided for programming across five sites with a team of 50 staff and an annual budget exceeding $15 million. Alexandra also co-chaired the DEIB Committee during this tenure. Alexandra earned a Master of Social Work with a focus on Organizational Leadership from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College and holds dual degrees in Psychology, including a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s degree, both from New York University.
