Leire Baez has extensive experience in human resources and selection processes, currently serving as Técnica de Orientación y Selección at Lantegi Batuak since 2015. Prior to this role, Leire Baez was the DIRECTORA DELEGACIÓN at Professional Staff Corporate Group from 2006 to 2014 and worked as a CONSULTORA RRHH at Randstad from April 2005 to June 2006. Leire Baez holds a degree in Psychology (Licenciada Psicología) from the University of Deusto, completed between 1996 and 2000, and has pursued further education through a Master's in Human Resources and a Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (C.A.P) from the University of Deusto and the Colegio Oficial de Doctores y Licenciados, respectively.
