Steven Williams has a work experience as a Software Developer at Lantana Consulting Group starting from April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Developer at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (contractor) from January 2007 to April 2022. In addition, they served as a Graduate Student at Indiana University Bloomington from August 2009 to July 2013.

Steven Williams completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Cognitive Science and Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University in 2002 and a second BS degree in Computer Science from the same institution in 2006.
