Mieke Deleu has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Mieke started their career at Hudson in 2007, where they held various positions and eventually became a Senior Reward Manager. After working at Hudson for six years, they moved on to work as a Human Resources Management Consultant at VRT. Mieke then joined Fluvius (INFRAX) as a Human Resources Project Manager before transitioning to Aquafin in the same role. Mieke also worked at Corilus as an Interim Human Resources Manager and later as a Human Resources Management Consultant. Mieke then joined Attentia as a Human Resources Management Consultant and later became a Human Resources Program Manager. Mieke worked at Corilus again as an Interim Human Resources Manager before joining OptimizIT BV as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are working at Lansweeper as a People Operations Manager. Throughout their career, Mieke has gained expertise in various areas such as interim HR management, organizational changes, reward strategies, learning and development, and value-driven culture.
Mieke Deleu completed their education in a chronological order. Mieke started their academic journey in 1997 at HOGENT, where they pursued a Master's degree in Translating English-French. Mieke spent four years there, concluding their studies in 2001. In 2001, they furthered their education by enrolling in the Interpreting English-French Master's program at HOGENT, which they completed in 2002. Mieke Deleu then pursued higher education at the University of Antwerp, where they joined the Expert Class program in Human Resources Management from 2005 to 2006.
