Jeremy Ragland has extensive experience in technical support and system administration, currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Lansweeper since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked at IGT as an Applications/System Administrator for a decade, from June 2012 to June 2022. Earlier in the career, Jeremy held the position of Computer Operator 4 at Northrop Grumman Corporation from February 2006 to July 2010 and worked as a Network Administrator at the Austin Board of REALTORS from 2005 to 2006.
