Geoff Hook has an extensive career in simulation and operational research, currently serving as Special Projects and International Partner Manager at Lanner, a Royal Haskoning Company, since 1996, where responsibilities include managing the international reseller network and shaping simulation products for BPM applications. Previously, Geoff held key roles such as BPM Solutions Director overseeing technology partnerships with major companies, and Projects Director coordinating project delivery and customer solutions. Earlier professional experience includes positions as Senior Manager at AT&T Istel after its acquisition, Senior Consultant at ISTEL supervising global process simulation projects, and OR Analyst at BL Systems focusing on manufacturing operations, supply chain, and HR studies. Geoff holds a BSc in Management Science, Operational Research from the University of Warwick and an MSc in Science & Technology Policy and Risk from Aston University.
