Eleonora Viola has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eleonora currently serves as the C.F.O. at Lanieri since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Rewoolution from November 2018, also as a C.F.O., where they were responsible for data analytics implementation, accounting monitoring, periodic reporting, budgeting, and analysis of sales, production, and merchandising. Before joining Rewoolution, Eleonora worked at Successori Reda S.p.A. as a Business Controller Consumer from October 2017 onwards. Eleonora also held the position of Accounting Manager & Business Controller from September 2015 to September 2017. Their role involved overseeing the financial aspects of the company's consumer business unit and sports sector, including budgeting and financial analysis. Prior to this, Eleonora gained experience as a Praticante at STUDIO ASSOCIATO GUGLIELMINO OGLIARO CASTELLI from November 2011 to July 2015. Eleonora started their career with an internship at Rewoolution in 2011, where they assisted in the start-up phases of the commercial project, marketing analysis, and organization of trade fairs. Eleonora also completed an internship in Customer Relationship Management at SIS.AV. - Sistemi Avanzati Elettronici in 2010 and another internship in the Credit Card Disputes Office at Banca Sella in 2006.

Eleonora Viola's education history begins in 2003 with their completion of high school at Liceo Scientifico Tecnologico. From 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Administration, Finance, and Control at Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale. Following this, Eleonora completed a Master's Degree in Business Economics, specializing in Business Administration, Control, and Audit, from 2011 to 2013 at the same university. In 2016, they obtained a qualification for the profession of Chartered Accountant, specifically a Bar Exam, from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale.
