Jenn Cash has been working in the design industry since 2007. Jenn began their career as an Art Director and Senior Designer at Liska+Associates, where they were responsible for creative development, design, project management, client communication, and vendor coordination. In 2009, they joined Language Dept. as the Director of Product Design and Strategy. In this role, they built and led embedded design teams, coached designers, created alignment among stakeholders, and advocated for users. Notable relationships included leading an embedded, cross-functional team and guiding stakeholders in D365 customization for G-SIFI bank. In 2012, they were promoted to Manager of User Experience Design, where they lead as a player-coach, managing and mentoring teams through end-to-end customer life cycles. Notable relationships included directing and mentoring a product design team in bespoke web app innovation. In 2017, they became a Founding Design Principal, a full-stack product designer with experience in B2C and B2B, including DTC and SaaS programs. Jenn has shipped and launched zero-to-one experiences and iterative releases across desktop and mobile platforms.
Jenn Cash received their BA in Comparative Literature (French Translation) and Undergraduate Teaching Education Program from Brown University. Jenn went on to receive their MFA in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design.
