Jacob Mandell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and quality assurance. Since April 2015, Jacob has served as both Business and Quality Assurance Manager and Operations Manager at Ascentria Care Alliance. In addition, Jacob has been a Writer at Sentinel Games since October 2013. Previously, Jacob held the position of Deputy Director for Operations at Homeowner Options for Massachusetts Elders from February 2007 to January 2015.
