Chris Forbes is a dedicated music educator with extensive experience in both teaching and private instruction. Currently serving as a Music Teacher at Langley Christian School since January 2017, Chris teaches band to students in grades 7-12. In addition, Chris has been providing private vocal and piano instruction at Carillon Music since June 2013. Previously, Chris taught at Fryeburg Academy from August 2005 to June 2011. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Education and Music degree with a focus on Jazz Studies from McGill University, obtained between 2000 and 2005, along with previous studies in Jazz Studies at Western Michigan University and Humber College Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning.
