Stephen Rooke is currently working as a Sous Chef at Langdon Hall Country House Hotel and Spa. Prior to this, Stephen held positions such as Executive Chef at The Maq Hotel and Sous Chef at Atelier. With a background in culinary arts and chef training, Stephen has gained valuable experience at various establishments including Hawksworth Restaurant Group and Overlander Mountain Lodge. Their career in the food industry began as a Line Cook at D'Arcy McGee's and has since progressed to roles such as Chef De Partie at Bymark Restaurant and Line Cook/Kitchen Supervisor at Central Bierhaus. Stephen obtained an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from George Brown College and also attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
