James Hallberg currently serves as the Human Resource Team Lead at LANFest, a volunteer position held since June 2019, where responsibilities include addressing human resource needs and developing onboarding techniques along with job descriptions. Additionally, James has been a student at Brigham Young University - Idaho since September 2014, having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2018.
