Helen De Wachter is an accomplished logistics and supply chain professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Managing Director at Lanfer Logistik GmbH since January 2022, Helen also held the position of Board Member at PICS Belgium until June 2023. Previously, Helen was Head of Mobile Assets & Workshops Europe at BASF, where responsibilities included the management of various mobile assets and overseeing significant projects such as the transition to BASF Class Tank Container and the implementation of Automated Guided Vehicles at the Ludwigshafen site. Earlier roles include Senior Consultant for Strategy & Development at Antwerp Port Authority and various positions at Flanders Institute for Logistics and L'Oréal. Helen holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Antwerp and has undertaken additional studies at Alliance Manchester Business School and Georgetown University.
