Rachael P. has extensive experience in various commercial and customer service roles, currently serving as a Proactive Commercial Assistant at Lanes Group plc since May 2017, with prior positions as a Commercial Assistant and Contracts Administrator. Rachael began their career in customer service as a Customer Services Advisor at ARGOS DIRECT LIMITED and gained valuable retail experience as a Weekend Sales Assistant and Retail Placement Student at Katherine House Hospice.
