David Waterman is a seasoned attorney currently working as a Litigation & White Collar Attorney at Lane & Waterman LLP since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant United States Attorney from June 2016 to August 2020 and a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit under The Honorable Michael J. Melloy from August 2015 to June 2016, as well as clerking for The Honorable Mark W. Bennett and The Honorable John A. Jarvey at the U.S. District Courts from August 2013 to August 2015. David Waterman also interned as a Legal Extern at the United States Attorneys' Offices in June 2012.
