Moore-Brandt Wendy started their work experience in 1995 as an Information System Manager at Hagie Manufacturing. Moore-Brandt later joined Electrolux Home Products in 2001 as a Business Analyst and worked there until 2006. In the same year, they joined Farmers Cooperative Company as an Application Analyst and Landus Cooperative as an Application Programmer Analyst.

Moore-Brandt Wendy attended Scott Community College from 1986 to 1988, where they obtained an Associate degree in Business Administration. Following that, they pursued further education at Ashford University from 1988 to 1990, completing a Bachelor of Administration degree with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS).
