Remco Simon has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Remco is currently working at Landsec as the Chief Strategy & Investment Officer since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Managing Director - Strategy & Capital Markets at Landsec from January 2022 to December 2022.

Before joining Landsec, Remco worked at St. Modwen Properties PLC, a residential/logistics-focused property developer/investor. Remco served as the Managing Director - Strategy & Corporate Development from September 2017 to December 2021. During their time at St. Modwen, they were a member of the Group's Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
