Lisa Reynolds Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lisa started their career as a Graduate Trainee at RSA in 2001 and then held various roles within the organization, including Design & Development Consultant, Employee Engagement Consultant, Development Facilitator, Talent & Capability Consultant, and Learning & Development Partner. Lisa worked at RSA until 2012.

In 2013, Lisa joined Nucleus Global as a Training and Development Manager for a brief period.

Since 2014, Lisa has been working at Landsec. Lisa initially served as a Learning & Development Manager and then progressed to the role of Talent & People Development Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Group Talent & Development Manager.

Lisa Reynolds Jones completed their education at Heriot-Watt University, where they earned a MA in Management from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Fettes College, Edinburgh, between 1991 and 1995. In addition to their formal education, Lisa obtained certifications in the Strengths Deployment Inventory (SDI) from Core Strengths in January 2021, and in Thomas International from Thomas International in September 2020. Lisa also underwent training in the Emotional Competency Inventory (ECI) and the OPP - Myers Briggs Type Indicator, although specific dates and institutions for these trainings are not provided.
