Lester Hampson has extensive experience in property development and management. Lester served as the Property Development Director at TFL, where they led a team to maximize the potential of their large land ownerships. Prior to this, Lester worked at Land Securities as the Head of Retail Development, overseeing a billion-pound development program and contributing to the management of the retail portfolio. Lester also held the position of Managing Director at Centros for nearly two decades.

Lester Hampson has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from City University Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Nottingham Trent University.
