Frank Harding has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Frank began their career in the Royal Navy in 1981, where they were responsible for managing engineering operations and overseeing a dedicated team. Frank also served as the marine engineering officer for patrol vessels in Cyprus and provided university training in the UK. After leaving the Royal Navy in 2007, Frank worked for DCMC Whitehall as a Plant Manager, where they were responsible for maintaining and managing standby and backup systems. Frank also served as the authorized person for confined spaces, petroleum, and pressure systems. In 2009, Frank joined Broadgate Estates as an Engineering Manager, overseeing major projects such as lift refurbishment and generator replacement. Currently, they hold the position of Technical Services Manager at Land Securities, where their responsibilities are not specified.
Frank Harding attended Learning Tree from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Prince 2 but did not receive a degree. From 2005 to 2006, they enrolled in WTI Huby, where they studied petroleum systems, confined spaces, pressure systems, legionella responsible person, and refrigeration, but also did not earn a degree. Earlier in their education, from 1992 to 1995, Frank attended HMS Sultan and studied Marine Engineering but did not obtain a degree.
