Charlie Griffiths has extensive work experience in asset management and property portfolio strategy. Most recently, from 2021, they have been the Asset Management Director at Landsec, where they lead asset management, property management, and property portfolio strategy for 5 Designer Outlet destinations. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Asset Manager at Global Mutual, where they were involved in redevelopment projects, strategic asset management, and residential development plans. Before that, from 2004 to 2020, they held various roles at intu, where they served as a Senior Asset & Development Manager and Senior Asset Manager, leading asset management, property portfolio development, and leasing strategy for multiple shopping centers. Charlie also played a key role in turning around an underperforming asset and transforming it into a regional retail destination.

Charlie Griffiths has completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Management from London South Bank University. This program focused on Real Estate Management. Additionally, Charlie has a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Sociology and University Colours from the University of Southampton.
