Anastasia Hicks MRICS has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Anastasia is currently employed as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Landsec, a position they started in December 2021. Prior to this, from November 2019 to November 2021, they worked as an Associate Director at Savills Investment Management.

Anastasia also has a significant tenure at Savills UK, where they held multiple roles. From March 2018 to November 2019, they served as an Associate Director. Before that, they were an Associate from March 2016 to February 2018, a Chartered Surveyor from November 2014 to February 2016, and a Graduate Surveyor from September 2012 to October 2014.

Their earlier experience includes a summer internship at Knight Frank in July 2011, and an internship at JLL from January 2011 to July 2011.

Anastasia Hicks MRICS pursued their education at Durham University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Geography. Continuing their academic journey, they attended the University of Reading from 2011 to 2012 and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate.
