Jonathan Kwan is a software specialist at LMN (Landscape Management Network) since July 2022, focusing on support ticket resolution through Zendesk and live chats, managing calls via RingDNA, and collaborating with development teams on feature requests and bug reports. Previously, at Axiell ALM Canada Inc. from September 2014 to December 2019, Jonathan served as a software developer, resolving support tickets and developing database products for museum collections.
