Liz Lilly, MBA, has extensive experience in IT services and business analysis, currently serving as IT Services Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since July 2002. Notable achievements include leading a divisional continuous improvement project that generated over $2 million annually, and driving a business unit's application strategy that resulted in a $4 million capital expansion with a one-year payback. Prior to this role, Liz worked as a Project Engineer at Cargill, successfully managing projects exceeding $2 million with significant financial returns. Liz holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas, and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
