Thomas has held various positions in renowned companies such as Landmarken AG, LEG-Immobilien-Gruppe, BGZ Beteiligungsgesellschaft Zukunftsenergien AG, Belden Inc., IBM, Rheinmetall Informationssysteme GmbH, and debis Systemhaus. Thomas graduated from Universität Passau with a diploma in Informatik und Betriebswirtschaft and completed their Ausbildung as a Datenverarbeitungskaufmann at Berufsschule Duisburg.
