Carol Watkins, GRI, is an experienced broker specializing in luxury homes and the second home market in the North Carolina mountain areas of Lake Toxaway and Sapphire. Carol has been with Landmark Realty Group since March 2015 and has concurrently worked with Lake Toxaway Company since January 2005. Prior to entering real estate, Carol was the owner and vice-president of C & R Advertising Specialties, an advertising promotions company, from September 1988 to December 2002. Carol holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from DePauw University.
