Ruby Cortes has extensive experience in management and operational roles within the leisure and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Franchise Manager at Landmark Leisure since June 2012, Ruby has previously excelled as a Process Manager at Fun City Oasis LLC, where responsibilities included the creation and design of company Standard Operating Procedures. Prior roles also include Unit Manager at People Support and Quality Control Analyst. Ruby began a career in community service as a volunteer with Habagat for Humanities, assisting in the development of affordable housing units. Ruby holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from St. Theresa's College, complemented by educational experiences at St. Joseph's Academy.
